2002 Ford Escape Tire Sizes

For the 2002 Ford Escape, the listed tire sizes are 225/75R15, 235/60R17, 235/65R16, 235/65R17, 235/70R16, and 245/30R22. These are size designations, not a statement that every size fits every Escape. Use the table to identify the tire size associated with your vehicle’s year and trim, and match it to the size currently specified for your vehicle.

The figures vary across the listed sizes, including the width, aspect ratio, and wheel diameter. The tire-size facts do not say which size belongs to a particular trim or engine, so do not choose a size based on appearance or assume that all listed options are interchangeable. Confirm the correct size for your vehicle on the door jamb or in the owner’s manual.

If your vehicle has different tires from the size listed for its trim, check the door-jamb label or owner’s manual before replacing them. Those sources can confirm the specified tire size for your individual Escape; the figures here alone do not provide a fitment rating or load rating.
