Dec. 26, 2017 accelerator pedal cable snapped and fell to floor. Had to get tow and now in shop. Throttle body and cable need replacement. $700! This shouldn't have happened. The accelerator pedal sticks often and requires extra foot manipulation to get it to work properly. This occurs mostly when accelerating from a stop and makes pulling out into traffic a dangerous proposition. This occurs on city streets and from stop lights on larger state highways.
