My car was sitting in my drive way. I heard what sounded like something exploded. I went outside to find my rear window had shattered. I called ford because i researched online and it seemed to be a common thing with these vehicles. The only thing they said was they had never heard of anything like that happening with this model and they couldn't do anything to help with the expenses. *js
