I have a 2013 ford escape with 26000 miles, oem tire are continental contitac pro 235/50/18 h.the tire have premature failure with chunks of rubber visibly detached from the tread base. I have contacted continental requesting an adjustment, their response was there is no mileage warranty on oem equipment. How do i persuade continental to adjust this set of tire.
