Tl* the contact owns a 2016 ford escape. The contact stated that the vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic because the engine coolant indicator was displayed as low. The mechanic filled the coolant reservoir and referred the contact to the dealer. The vehicle was not taken to the dealer for diagnostic testing or repairs. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 44,000.
